saturday morning, i went to take some family portraits for michael and jackie. "family" meaning the two of them and her three horses. for those of you that read often, you know i love taking pics of mailey the pup and have taken lots of pics of her friends too. but saturday was my first experience trying to get a very large horse to do what we wanted. i learned from jackie the basics of capturing their beauty ... mainly, ears up, eyes focused on something and try not to shoot at an angle that makes their head look super gigantic.
afterwards, we took some shots of michael and jackie being all cute and in love.
